Ministries To raise up the youth at New Spirit Revival Center and abroad in the admonition of the Lord and the way they should go. We will instill the work of God through sound biblical doctrinal teaching and activities that promote healthy living, healthy thinking and holy application to their lives. MEN’S DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICE MINISTRY To continue to grow and to aid the Pastors of this great house and the Christian family as true servants of Christ. Our Mission is to aid our Pastors of New Spirit Revival Center financially, physically, socially and spiritually as they endeavor to serve this great family of New Spirit Revival Center by the power of the Holy Spirit. CHILDREN’S CHOIR To establish a ministry in which children will be able to use their God-given talents and gifts in music to minister to the Lord, the Body of Christ and the world. Through the singing of God’s word, the relationship between Christ and the child will flourish while the understanding of the word will be enhanced and therefore prepare and propel the children for ministry to the body. MINISTRY OF HELPS To overflow in serving God in our church so that New Spirit Revival Center will flourish. We communicate and direct our ministry toward the same vision of our Pastors and church to promote unity and take this city for the Lord.We strive to keep Almighty God’s house/temple clean from impurities and brighten it, which shows love and welcomes souls because the Holy Spirit dwells in a purified house. We are compelled to promote unity, integrity, prayer, purpose and servitude being the extension of every ministry, working to bridge the gaps and keep the flow of the ministry under the anointing of God. MOTHER MINISTRY To allow God to bring forth a ministry through the Mothers to help heal the wounds and scars that have left His “Daughters of Zion” with low self-esteem, feelings of unworthiness, and no divine direction in their lives. We will comfort God’s people as it says in Isaiah 40:1.Our immediate goal is to minister to the mothers in need of our guidance. We, the core mothers, will allow God to show us how to teach and train other mothers to become foundational members for the other sixteen New Spirit Revival Center Churches through prayer and seeking God’s face, His will and His ways. (Titus 2:3-5). NEW BEGINNINGS To minister to individuals that are bound by addictive behaviors who need assistance in overcoming hindrances that keep them from walking in the fullness of life that the shed blood of Jesus provides. The vision of New Beginnings is to minister deliverance to anyone who has a desire to be free, and to see a manifestation of the power of God reflected in their life through complete restoration. NEXT LEVEL SPORTS To steer away from the church circuit of athletic events and witness God’s provision and glory by competing against mainstream competition. Our method of training and high level competition allows us to witness the love of Jesus to others in an arena where the Lord is often left out. NEW MEMBERS MINISTRY To help each new member become an active participant in the life and ministry of the New Sprit Revival Center church family. The purpose of the new members department is to help incoming members move quickly and smoothly from attending to belonging. The Honeymooners NEWLYWED MINISTRY For couples to experience God’s purpose and fulfillment in marriage. As we collectively stand strong in our covenant with our spouse and God, we will demonstrate God’s agape love our actions, relationships and conversation. Our mission is to provide activities and support for young married couples. To break down the strong holds that the worldhas placed on the ideology of marriage and to mirror God’s image through our relationships with man. OPERATION RECOVERY To administer and release the power of God, to bring forth love and compassion for the homeless, the hungry and the naked,whereby we will help to establish a firm foundation for those that were hurt, broken and scorned. We believe that as we bring forth an environment of prayer, worship and praise; it will create an atmosphere that God’s word can be ministered through grace and mercy to this city. SINGLES We are an outreach Ministry of Holiness, wholeness, restoration and spiritual growth for the new as well as the mature Christian single. PRAYERLINE COUNSELORS To train and equip ministers to walk in integrity, confidentiality and love as we intercede for the lives, families, strongholds and salvation of every prayer line caller. Our immediate goal is to evangelize the lost, restore the joy, and rekindle the zeal to all whom we come in contact with. CHRISTIAN GROWTH Called to Discipleship By enthusiasm for the things of God and the love of God in our hearts for those that have received salvation, we will present the Gospel of Christ and the study of His word in such a way that none that start the journey of discipleship will ever turn back. (John 17:12) SECURITY To bring forth a security ministry that is humble, sensitive, loving, steadfast and immovable concerning God’s word and the people of God. A few good men or women that will protect the anointing at all cost. Our immediate goal is to make sure all who enter our doors feel safe and have a conducive environment to receive the word of God. PRAISE & WORSHIP MINISTRY To usher in the presence of the Lord through the ministry of song and to prepare the atmosphere, as well as, the hearts and minds of the people to receive the Word of God. Our objective is to be yielded vessels, to walk in love and unity and to have clean hands and pure hearts before God. We believe that as we perpetually walk toward these goals, we will experience God on a level that has not been seen before, therefore enhancing the overall music ministry and worship experience of the house. Our immediate call is to fall completely in line with the vision of music and music ministry as ordained by God and set forth by our Pastors that our branch of ministry would be a light throughout the city and nation as a standard of musical and ministerial excellence. SUNDAY SCHOOL To evangelize our youth into a relationship with Jesus Christ by equipping them with the truth of God’s word. Our objective is to guide our students in discovering and applying biblical truth at age-appropriate levels of understanding that they may be able to serve God faithfully and minister to others. Our immediate vision is to train and quip Christian educators with the desire to see children/youth of all ages respond to the call of God’s love by receiving Christ as Savior and following his example in godly living, thereby empowering them to do might exploits for the Kingdom of God. CAPTURED Photo Ministry To capture in excellence, the glory and move of God in the local church and community abroad through photography. To be used as a ministry tool for the advancement of the gospel, uplifting of Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, and training and equipping of Christian workers in God’s Kingdom. TELEVISION NEW SPIRIT MEDIA To publish the word of God to the city and the world via television. We will do this in excellence and produce broadcasts that lift up the name of Jesus that all men would be drawn unto him. USHERS MINISTRY To bring forth an Usher Ministry that uplifts the name of Jesus by walking in love, integrity and maturity at all times. A body within the body of the great church, which demonstrates the love of God to each and every person who passes through our doors. Our objective is to prepare Christian workers to serve God’s people and to protect the anointing of the Holy Spirit, as it is manifested during the service. “Now I exhort you brethren, warn them that Is unruly, comfort the weak, be patient toward all men.”(I Thessalonians 5:14) VESSELS OF WAR Intercessors As intercessors of New Spirit Revival Center, we stand as the spiritual guard, as watchmen who are the first line of defense as well as offense, in opposition to the enemy’s strongholds, fiery darts and other spiritual devices that are sent to hinder or stop the progression of the work of the Lord. With sharp spiritual discernment, we intercede and engage in warfare prayer. Praying with fervency and accuracy. We believe that with our commitment to this vision, we shall see the vision of New Spirit Revival Center come to pass, while witnessing a change in the spiritual climate of our church, our cities, this region and the entire world, which we have been called. WE ARE CHOSEN Drama Ministry “We believe that as we co-labor towards these goals, we will see a release of power and the anointing of God as never before”… To give heart-felt praise and glory to God. Our objective is to train and equip this ministry to effectively evangelize mankind with a clear message of salvation and restoration. We believe that through our offering of the Word, Christian Drama will provide opportunities for worship and praise, teaching and nurturing, fellowship and spiritual growth. HOSPITAL VISITATION MINISTRY To be an extension of our Pastors, as well as, the Lord Jesus Christ. We strive to witness the healing power of God in operation as we minister to those who have been confined to hospitals throughout the city of Cleveland and the surrounding suburbs. Our mission is to develop a group of anointed ministers who walk by faith and who are willing to be used by God as an instrument, to visit, pray for, encourage, strengthen and lay hands on the sick, that they may recover. “Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up;”(James 5:14-15) “Let’s Reach Forth To The Things Before Us” “New Spirit Revival Center Is Designed By God And Approved By The Wisdom Of God” We Shall Maintain A Constant Attitude Of Joy And Praise. “Let It Be Finished” ALTAR WORKERS To bring forth an altar ministry that will flow in harmony with Pastoral direction. One that will encourage salvation, restoration and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit for all who desire the power of God to flow in their lives. LITTLE LEAPERS (formerly known as BLESSINGS FROM HEAVEN) - Nursery Ministry This ministry serves the infants and toddlers of NSRC (6 months – 3 years old). The parents, whether members or visitors, entrust their little ones into the nursery’s care. For many, this will be their first introduction to church, God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. We want to make this introduction a pleasant, nurturing, loving and enjoyable experience. As a ministry, we want to express the fruit of the Spirit, as well as plant seeds inside of each child of who God is and who they are in Christ. As we plant in faith, we pray that each child may develop an everlasting relationship with Christ. “Train up a child in the way that he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.”(Proverbs 22:6 KJV) BRIDGING THE GAP Prison Ministry To develop a ministry for those incarcerated and their loved ones that will return, repair, restore and rebuild the good things that the enemy has stolen from their lives. Our immediate goal is to minister the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ, while imparting the truth of God’s Word. “Naked and ye clothed me; I was sick and ye visited me; I was in prison and ye came unto me.” (Matthew 25:36) BOOK AND TAPE MINISTRY (GENESIS BOOKSTORE) To walk in love, having the patience to serve others while maintaining open communication. Going forth decently and in unified order. Continuing to strive for excellence and having the integrity of God as we commit ourselves to this ministry. CELEBRATING PASTORS MINISTRY To successfully honor our Pastors, Drs. Darrell and Belinda Scott on all occasions, such as Wedding Anniversaries, Birthdays, Pastors Appreciation month and Holidays. TRANSPORTATION MINISTRY The vision of the New Spirit Revival Centers’s Transportation Ministry is to provide a multitude of services to meet the transportation needs for the house of God. As we strive for excellence, our primary goal is to provide safe and comfortable services that will literally drive souls into the arms of Christ. “Drive, and go forward slack not thy riding; and do not lessen the pace for us, except we bid thee.” (2Kings 4:24) CHOIR To use the Ministry of Song to lift up the name of Jesus through various styles of music as a group, to promote and advance the Kingdom of God by singing, and to use our collective voices raised in song as a weapon of warfare to break up the fallow ground so the Word of God can go forth freely. Our objective is to minister as a choir under the anointing with boldness, integrity, unity and joy proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our immediate communities and to the world.
